Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations [help the people to learn of Me, believe in Me, and obey My words], baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
所以你们要去，使万民作我的门徒【帮助人们认识我、信靠我、并遵守我的话】，奉父、子、圣灵的名给他们施洗。
“认识”是认知的重构 (Learn of Me)： 很多时候，我们的痛苦源于错误的认知。通过“学习”，我们打破旧有的思维模式，接触到更高维度的智慧。这是一种思维上的解放。
“信靠”是情感的安放 (Believe in Me)： 仅仅知道道理是不够的，必须产生内心的共鸣。信靠意味着在不确定的世界里找到了一个确定的支点，让漂泊的灵魂有了归宿。
“遵守”是意志的体现 (Obey My words)： 这是最难的一步，也是最关键的一步。它要求我们将高尚的思想转化为日常的习惯。只有当真理体现在具体的“行”中，它才真正属于我们。
