Heavenly Father,
We come to You today with grateful hearts. Thank You for the gift of life and for another day that You have given us. Sometimes we wake up and go straight into our busy routines, but today we want to pause and recognize that every breath we take is a gift from You.
Lord, You know everything about our lives. You know our thoughts, our worries, our struggles, and the things that weigh on our hearts. There are times when we try to handle everything on our own, and we become tired and overwhelmed. Today we choose to bring those burdens to You. Please give us Your peace that calms our hearts and quiets our minds.
Father, help us trust You more. When things don’t go the way we expected, remind us that You are still working in our lives. Even when we don’t understand the situation we are in, help us believe that Your plans are good and that You are guiding us step by step.
God, please shape our hearts today. Teach us to be patient with people, especially when it’s difficult. Help us speak words that encourage instead of hurt. Give us compassion for those who are struggling and the courage to help when we can.
Lord, we also pray for our families and the people we care about. Protect them, guide them, and fill their lives with Your presence. For those who are going through difficult times, please comfort them and remind them that they are not alone.
Thank You for Your mercy and grace that never run out. Thank You for the hope we have through Jesus. Because of Him we know we are forgiven, loved, and welcomed into Your presence.
Father, we give this day to You. Lead us, guide us, and help us live in a way that honors You.

今天我们怀着感恩的心来到你面前。感谢你赐给我们生命，也感谢你赐给我们新的一天。有时候我们一醒来就进入忙碌的生活，但今天我们愿意停下来，记得每一次呼吸都是你赐下的礼物。
主啊，你了解我们生命中的一切。你知道我们的想法、忧虑、挣扎，以及那些压在我们心里的事情。有时候我们想靠自己的力量解决一切，结果却变得疲惫不堪。今天我们把这些重担交托给你。求你赐下你的平安，安静我们的心，也平静我们的思想。
天父，帮助我们更加信靠你。当事情没有按照我们的计划发生时，提醒我们你仍然在我们的生命中做工。即使我们不明白眼前的处境，也帮助我们相信你的计划是美好的，你正在一步一步引导我们。
神啊，求你塑造我们的心。教导我们对人有耐心，尤其是在困难的时候。帮助我们说出鼓励人的话，而不是伤害人的话。赐给我们怜悯的心去关怀那些正在困难中的人，也给我们勇气去帮助他们。
主啊，我们也为我们的家人和所爱的人祷告。求你保护他们、引导他们，让他们的生命充满你的同在。对于那些正在经历困难的人，求你安慰他们，让他们知道自己并不孤单。
感谢你的怜悯和恩典永远不会枯竭。感谢你借着耶稣赐给我们的盼望。因为他，我们知道自己被赦免、被爱，也可以来到你的面前。
天父，我们把今天交托给你。求你带领我们，引导我们，让我们的生活能够荣耀你。
